SWAN

SWAN has been developed as a response to the vital needs of water resource management in Central Asia and as a result of long-term cooperation amoung universities and institutions in Central Asia, Poland, Italy, Spain and Slovakia. A multi-preparation was undertaken in order to prepare the proposal, making it a product of consortium consultation.
